Total Care Service Network provides seniors the opportunity to travel around independently. We provide transportation and services to enjoy the independence of getting where they want without depending on others. Clients can visit family and friends, go to church or another place of worship, or enjoy a day out with the help of our caregivers. Additionally, we assist the seniors with improving their mobility while they go out into the world. As a result, they are more independent and satisfied as they get around more efficiently.
Transportation will be provided or arranged according to the service agreement or deemed necessary and appropriate by the provider. We will assist with setting for the maintenance of each resident’s vehicle if needed. We will coordinate the schedule and resources to transport seniors and disabled individuals to the location of their choice. A third party may arrange transportation services, but Total Care cannot be responsible for transporting a disabled person outside of the home service territory.
