Meals and Snacks
Total Care Service Network will provide three square meals, including snacks, daily for our clients. In terms of food and how it is served, we offer a wide variety of choices. We work with the client to feed them whatever they feel most comfortable with, either by choice or by medical necessity. Our goal is to make eating enjoyable and nutritious.
Daily care
Total Care Service Network will provide supervision and assistance activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, etc.) per their care plan. We will help clients build a routine to ensure consistency in their day-to-day life. Our goal is to encourage them every step of the way.
Therapeutic Pets
Medical appointment scheduling
These services will be provided to the residents according to their service agreements and/or individual service plan. We will also ensure that each resident has an annual health exam by their primary care physicians or appropriate provider.
Transportation
Medication administration
Total Care Service Network will provide or assist the resident in dispensing their medications according to their care plan or service agreement. Medication will also be monitored and recorded by our certified staff to ensure any changes in medication are communicated to the resident’s physician, and appropriate changes are made.
Activity program
Total Care Service Network will provide different types of activities that will soothe your loved ones’ needs and their preference. They will be encouraged every step of the way. Our goal is to make each activity successful and enjoyable.
Laundry and housekeeping
Laundry and housekeeping services will be provided daily by our staff members. We will assist all clients with maintaining their homes since that is one of the necessities for living. Also, our staff members will oversee daily cleaning and other housekeeping activities according to the care plan.
Managing resident’s Enjoyment
Total Care Service Network offers this service to all clients to ensure they have a good time. We will manage their recreational activities by arranging indoor games, outdoor games, or just visiting them at home.
Recordkeeping
Total Care Service Network will maintain, protect, and save all resident records in paper and computer form. We will also make sure that the records can be retrieved for review purposes and comply with any legal requirements.
