We offer this service to all clients to ensure they have a good time. We will manage their recreational activities by arranging indoor and outdoor games or visiting them at home.
These services will be provided to the residents according to their service agreements and/or individual service plans. We will also ensure that residents have an annual exam by their primary care physician or an appropriate provider.
We will provide or assist the residents in dispensing their medications according to their care plan or service agreement. Our certified staff will also monitor and record medication to ensure any changes in medication are communicated to the resident's physician and appropriate changes are made.
We will maintain, protect, and save all resident records in proper and computer form. We will also make sure that the records can be retrieved for review purposes and comply with any legal requirements.
Pets can be a great source of comfort for many seniors. We will ensure that residents have a choice in having pets or animals in their homes. All pets must meet the appropriate animal care guidelines, which we will provide if needed.
Transportation will be provided or arranged according to the service agreement or deemed necessary and appropriate by the provider. We will assist with arranging for each resident's vehicle maintenance if needed.
